About Me

Do you often feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or out of sync with the world around you?
Do you find yourself thinking, “I don’t fit in here”—or stuck in cycles of overthinking that feel impossible to stop?
I am a neurodivergent therapist who specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, autism, OCD) who feel trapped by persistent thought spirals or worries that interfere with relationships, work, and daily life. Our sessions may focus on understanding and shifting patterns that feel automatic or uncontrollable. We will work as a team to restore your resilience, self trust, and strengthen your intuition. 

My approach is creative, pragmatic, and highly personalized. I use evidence-based methods including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), and Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), adapted to fit neurodivergent minds.

ADHD

Do you have a hard time controlling your emotional responses? Do you feel like you struggle fitting in? Do you sometimes lose track of time because you are very focused on something that interests you?  Do you tend to take things personally? There is much more to ADHD than just focus and attention challenges. When we work together you will learn how to maximize the strengths you have, manage the challenges of your creative thinking style, and how to be confident living outside the box.

​Do you live in an exhausting loop of unwanted thoughts that you can't seem to stop? Are you caught between what you know and what you feel?  We will work together to understand what is going on in your mind, and create new neural pathways, so that you can regain control in your life. I use evidence based treatments of I-CBT, ERP, and ACT to treat OCD.
