I am neurodivergent, and I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and couples who are tired of feeling stressed and overwhelmed by their situations. My approach is creative, pragmatic, and personalized. Our sessions could include anything from music therapy and art, ICBT, CBT, ACT, and possibly astrology. I’ll be using tools I have collected over the years from my experience as a music therapist, a mother, a snowboard instructor, a spiritual coach, and from my own trauma recovery.
